Why is the coaching so expensive?

Because it works. The average rental property generates $200-$500/month in cash flow. That's $2,400-$6,000/year. Your first property will pay for the coaching within 2-3 years. Plus, you get my network, templates, and personal support—things you can't buy anywhere else.

What if I don't close in 12 weeks?

If you complete all the action plans and follow the system but don't get under contract, I'll keep coaching you for FREE until you do. No time limit.

Can I do this if I work full-time?

Absolutely. Most of my clients work full-time. We schedule calls in the evenings or weekends to accommodate your schedule.

What if I don't have 20% down?

That's what creative financing is for. I'll introduce you to lenders who specialize in low-down-payment options (FHA, DSCR, etc.) and show you strategies like house hacking and seller financing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can pay:

What's the difference between 1-on-1 Coaching and Group Coaching?

How many clients do you work with at a time?
